Terrific direct ocean views! Clean, quiet and residential. 1st Floor apartment sleeps 8, 2nd Floor apartment sleeps 6. Plenty of off-street parking and many amenities, including decks with picnic tables, deck furniture, chaise lounges and gas grille (natural gas). Laundry room with washer/dryer and an outside shower. Beach Badges are included with all our rentals.
Our property is clean and well-maintained because we are there every Saturday during "changeovers" to insure our property is extra clean and your vacation is everything you had expected it would be. We do not rent through a realtor, but instead do it ourselves. As such, we only rent to families on vacation, not groups of young people. You will not be disappointed with our rentals.

We have many repeat vacationers and frequently book up early. We offer a "Right of First Refusal" which allows our guests to reserve the week they want for next year simply by rolling over their $300 Security Deposit.
